Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Return in original packaging when possible
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
- We recommend using tracked shipping (we cannot be responsible for lost returns)

Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
